What We Prep For

Five Tests. One Strategic Approach.

Whether your student is targeting college admissions, state requirements, or scholarship qualification, every test we prep for follows the same KCE methodology — diagnostic-driven, score-focused, and built around the test date that matters.

SAT

The primary college admissions test. KCE preps for the digital, adaptive SAT — strategic Math and Reading & Writing instruction, full-length practice tests on the Bluebook platform, and section-by-section score analysis tied to your target schools.

PSAT/NMSQT

The National Merit qualifier for juniors and the most valuable SAT preview for sophomores. Administered through schools each October. KCE prepares students to compete for National Merit recognition and arrive at junior-year SAT day already familiar with the format.

ACT

The SAT alternative — favored by some students for its science section and faster pacing. KCE preps the ACT with the same diagnostic-driven approach: identify the section that drives your composite, build the strategy that lifts it.

AP Exams

Subject-specific exams that translate to college credit. KCE supports AP preparation across English, History, Math, Sciences, and Social Sciences — strategic review aligned with the May administration window and the actual rubric AP graders use.

Florida FAST Testing

Florida's state-required progress monitoring assessment. KCE preps FAST ELA and FAST Math for students who need grade-level confidence, advanced placement, or scholarship qualification through state-recognized score thresholds.

Who This Is For

Every Student Arrives From a Different Starting Point.

We meet students where they are — whether that's eight weeks from a test date or eighteen months out, whether the goal is a National Merit scholarship or a fresh score on a retake. The plan is always built around the student.

Juniors Preparing for First SAT

For students approaching their first official SAT — typically in the spring of junior year. We build the foundation that turns a baseline diagnostic into a college-ready score, with full-length practice tests and section-by-section coaching across multiple administrations if needed.

Seniors Retaking for a Higher Score

For students with one or two SAT scores already on file who need a lift before application deadlines. Targeted strategy work on the sections costing you the most points, paired with the disciplined practice that turns a 1320 into a 1450.

Sophomores Building the Foundation

For students who want to enter junior year already ahead. Early SAT and PSAT preparation — strategic, paced, and pressure-free — that turns the October PSAT into a real National Merit opportunity instead of a guess.

Students With Accommodations or Learning Differences

For students with IEPs, 504 plans, extended time, or other approved accommodations. KCE preparation respects how your student actually tests — pacing, breaks, format adjustments — so test day strategy matches the conditions they'll be in.

How Test Prep Works

Diagnostic. Plan. Practice. Review.

Every KCE Test Prep engagement follows the same four-stage methodology — built around your student's actual starting point, not a generic curriculum.

01

Baseline Diagnostic

A full-length practice test under realistic conditions establishes your student's true starting point. We identify the sections, question types, and pacing patterns that need attention before we build a single lesson.

02

Personalized Study Plan

Diagnostic results drive a custom prep calendar — built backward from the test date, paced around school commitments, and prioritized by which improvements move the score most.

03

Live 1-on-1 Lessons

Strategic instruction with KCE — never a recorded module, never a group class. Every session targets a specific weakness from the diagnostic, with concept teaching, problem-solving practice, and timing strategy woven together.

04

Practice Tests + Score Review

Full-length practice tests at strategic intervals, each followed by a detailed review session. We don't just go over wrong answers — we identify the underlying patterns and adjust the prep plan accordingly.

Two Paths to the SAT

Standard Packages or SAT Sprint.

Two prep products built for two different families. The right one depends on how far you are from the test date — and how much runway you have to build the score.

For Families Planning Ahead

Standard Packages

3+ months out. Foundation, Core, or Intensive.

Standard Test Prep follows the same Foundation / Core / Intensive structure as KCE's K–12 program. Choose your weekly cadence — 1×, 2×, or 3× per week — and your term length — Half-Year or Full-Year. Pricing rewards both longer commitments and higher cadence. Best for sophomores building the foundation, juniors preparing for the first SAT, and families targeting test dates four or more months out.

  • 1×, 2×, or 3× per week cadence
  • Half-Year (18 weeks) or Full-Year (36 weeks) terms
  • Discounts scale with commitment — up to 12% off Full-Year Intensive

Starting at $2,610 — Foundation Half-Year, 60-min sessions

For Date-Targeted Prep

SAT Sprint

12 weeks. One target date. Sprint Standard or Sprint Intensive.

SAT Sprint is a 12-week intensive built around a specific upcoming SAT administration. Sprint Standard runs 2× per week (24 sessions). Sprint Intensive runs 3× per week (36 sessions). Pricing reflects timing — families starting 12+ weeks out pay the base rate, while 6–12 week and 0–6 week windows carry premiums for compressed delivery. Best for seniors retaking for a higher score and juniors targeting a specific test date.

  • 12-week defined window, dated to a specific SAT
  • 2× per week (24 sessions) or 3× per week (36 sessions)
  • Pricing reflects timing — 12+ weeks out is base rate

Starting at $3,480 — Sprint Standard, 12+ weeks out
