Eligibility and funding are determined by the Arizona Department of Education. KCE is an independent education provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by ADE.

How the money works
Your ESA funds sit in your ClassWallet account, funded quarterly by ADE. You reserve funds to a registered vendor like KCE, we submit an invoice, ADE approves it, and you pay nothing out of pocket.
Reserve your funds in a few steps
- Log in to your ADE ESA Applicant Portal.
- Click “Go to ClassWallet Account.”
- On the ClassWallet homepage, click “Pay Vendor.”
- Find KingCretot Experience.
- Upload the invoice we send you (PDF, JPEG, or PNG) and submit for the agreed package.
- ADE reviews and approves — that's it. We deliver the lessons.

About Arizona ESA
What is the Arizona ESA?
The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is Arizona's education funding program. Since 2022, eligibility is universal — any Arizona resident eligible to attend public school, kindergarten through 12th grade, can apply, with no income limits.
Universal eligibility
Open to all Arizona K–12 students, regardless of household income.
Generous funding
Standard awards run approximately $7,000–$8,000 per student per year, distributed quarterly. Students with documented disabilities may qualify for significantly more.
Flexible use
Funds can be applied to tutoring, curriculum, homeschool instruction, and more.
Rolling enrollment
No deadline; completed applications are processed in about 30 days. Funding begins from your approval quarter.

Do I pay anything out of pocket for KCE tutoring?
No. Once your ESA is funded, you reserve funds to KCE through ClassWallet and we bill directly — no reimbursement forms.
How long does ESA approval take?
ADE states completed applications are processed in about 30 days. Enrollment is rolling with no deadline.
Can I use ESA funds for any KCE program?
ESA funds cover tutoring, homeschool support, test prep, and language instruction. Approved use is set by ADE — check your ESA account's allowable categories.
Do I have to withdraw my child from public school?
Yes. The Arizona ESA contract requires that your child not be enrolled in a public district or charter school while receiving ESA funds. You withdraw before the contract takes effect.
Are KCE instructors qualified?
Yes. Every KCE instructor meets Arizona's ESA vendor requirements, including the tutor attestation standard, and clears a background-screening and child-safety process before working with any student.
What if my ESA funds run low mid-year?
ESA funds are distributed quarterly and unused funds roll over. We'll work with you to plan packages around your available balance.
