At KingCretot Experience we operate on 30, 45, & 60-minute appointments for language experiences, therefore,

• When canceling an appointment, experience seekers must provide at least a 24-hour notice to the scheduled time. If they don’t, that session will be counted as taken.
• Experience seekers are entitled to one cancellation per month, where they can cancel a session in LESS than 24 hours and it will not be counted as part of their package.
• Sessions canceled MORE than 24 hours in advance need to be rescheduled within the same week or the following week. In case the student is not able to do so they would have up to 30 days to make up this session with their language guide or any available. After 30 days, make-up sessions are not granted.
• Should the language guide cancel a session with LESS than 24 hours prior notice, experience seekers will be entitled to one free class upon rescheduling. This free session must be redeemed within 14 days of the cancelation.
• However, shall the language guide cancel a session with MORE than 24-hour notice, they shall be entitled to no free session, but the class shall be rescheduled within 14 days.
• ​For customized packages and purchases of 10 hours or more experience seekers will have one (2) free cancellation (24 hrs in advance or less) every month. 
• In the event of cancellation without minimum notice due to circumstances beyond the experience seeker's control or control of the language guide, this contract is null and void. Examples of these causes are (1) acts of God or of the public enemy, (2) acts of the government in either its sovereign or contractual capacity, (3) fires, (4) floods, (5) epidemics, (6) quarantine restrictions, (7) strikes, (8) freight embargoes, and (9) unusually severe weather

If there are connection problems that make it difficult to carry out the experience, the first class will not be charged to the student. You and your language guide should look for solutions to this problem such as:

• getting as close as possible to the WiFi router
• connecting via cable rather than the wireless connection, 
• trying a connection using 4G or 5G rather than an internet connection to a fixed landline 
• using audio only, switching off the video

In the event, that no solution can be found and the session is terminated, the additional time lost will be added to the subsequent experience.
